Fossil Rim

Grandma, Emma, Evan, Ry

Grandma, Emma Evan, Rylee and I drove about 45 minutes Southwest to Glenrose, Tx. They have Dinosaur valley which is home to many natural fossils and Fossil Rim which is a Wildlife Consevatory. It covers 1800 acres and is home to over 1100 exotic and endangered animal species. Each car is given a sack full of food to feed the animals as they come up to the car on the 1 1/2 drive through the 'safari'. It was fun for Emma and Evan to see these animals and Rylee had a ball driving the car, smushing grapes in the back seat, and stealing anybodys juice box that was left unattended and pouring it on herself. Maybe in a few years she will be more interested in the animals.

Swimming at Uncle Bruce and AuntThelma's

We went to visit my Uncle Bruce and Aunt Thelma in Keller. They have built a beautiful new pool. We felt like we are on vacation in an oasis.

Rylee taking off on her new bike. Waving bye bye to mom. This pic is worth clicking on to enlarge to get the full effect of her naturally curly hair . So sad for Rylee that her mom does not have 'that special touch' with hair. I am sure she will be sporting the ever popular AFFRO in her elementary photos. Poor Rylee! Rylee and Gramma
My sweet baby girl!
